Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter
Gradually microwave butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Add cocoa powder
Whisk cocoa powder into the warm chocolate-butter mixture while still warm, then set aside.
Whisk eggs and sugars
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugars together until foamy.
Combine wet ingredients
Add cooled chocolate mixture to egg mixture and mix until combined, then add vanilla.
Add dry ingredients
Gently mix in flour, milk powder, and salt.
Fold in mix-ins
Fold in white chocolate chips and dehydrated mini marshmallows.
Chill dough
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Scoop and bake
Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake at 175°C for 11-14 minutes until tops look set and slightly crackly.
