Instructions
Crush the Oreos
Place the gluten free Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
Mix with cream cheese
Add the softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and mix until a thick dough forms.
Form the balls
Roll the mixture into 24 small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the balls
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up the balls.
Melt the white candy melts
Melt the white candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
Coat the balls
Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy melts, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Let coating set
Allow the coated balls to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the candy coating is firm.
