Instructions
Blend strawberries
Blend the chopped frozen strawberries with 25 ml almond milk until smooth.
Mix base ingredients
Add the strawberry mixture to the skyr, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix very well for 2–3 minutes.
Spread base layer and place biscuits
Spread half of the mixture evenly across the dish and flatten it. Place 2 cocoa Petit Beurre biscuits on one side and 3 Biscoff biscuits on the other side.
Freeze the base layer
Freeze the dish for 10 minutes while keeping the remaining base mixture in the refrigerator.
Prepare white chocolate topping
Melt the white chocolate. Warm the water and almond milk, then stir them into the chocolate until smooth.
Prepare milk chocolate topping
Melt the milk chocolate with the coconut oil, then stir in the crushed wafer.
Add final base layer
Take the dish out of the freezer. Add the remaining base mixture and flatten it properly.
Place the divider
Create the divider using 1 broken cocoa Petit Beurre biscuit and 3 Mini Kinder Bueno pieces.
Apply chocolate toppings
Spread the milk-chocolate mixture over the larger side of the divider and the white-chocolate mixture over the smaller side.
Refrigerate to set
Refrigerate until the toppings have set.
