Wagyu Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

A5 Wagyu top sirloin

bell pepper

carrot

Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Slice bell pepper into strips, cut onion into wedges, and slice carrot into thin matchsticks. Mince the garlic.
Slice the beef
Cut the Wagyu steak against the grain into thin strips about 5mm thick for quick cooking.
Stir-fry the vegetables
Heat wok over high heat with oil. Add garlic and stir for 20 seconds. Add onion and carrot, stir-fry 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and cook 2 more minutes.
Cook the beef
Push vegetables aside, add beef strips and stir-fry 2-3 minutes until just cooked through but still tender.
Season and serve
Season with salt and black pepper, toss everything together for 30 seconds, then serve immediately.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Reheat quickly to avoid overcooking the beef.
