Protein-packed chicken Caesar salad stuffed into crusty sourdough
Juicy seasoned chicken, crisp romaine, and melted cheeses stuffed into a hollowed sourdough loaf with creamy Caesar dressing for a massive protein-packed lunch.

Instructions
Season the chicken
Season chicken breast with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook seasoned chicken breast until golden and cooked through.
Prepare the sourdough
Cut off the top of the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 2cm border.
Chop the ingredients
Dice the cooked chicken, chop romaine lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, and chargrilled peppers into small pieces.
Prepare the dressing
Mix light mayo with red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to create the Caesar dressing.
Combine the filling
Mix the chopped chicken, vegetables, and cheeses with the dressing until well combined.
Stuff the sourdough
Fill the hollowed-out sourdough loaf with the chicken Caesar mixture, pressing down firmly.
Slice and serve
Cut the stuffed sourdough into portions and serve immediately.
