Instructions

Caramelize the onions

Slowly cook onions with butter and oil until deeply golden and jammy.

Prepare burger sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and refrigerate.

Prepare beef and tortillas

Mix spice blend, form beef balls, and press onto tortillas.

Cook tacos meat-side down until deeply browned and crispy.

Flip tacos, add cheese and cover until melted and tortilla is toasted.
