My special potaties
Crispy potato balls seasoned with lemon, chilli and spices, filled with stir-fried vegetables and topped with a variety of sauces and cheese.

Sauces and toppings
chilli sauce

mayo
2 tbsp

green chilli sauce

Instructions
Boil the potatoes
Place potatoes in a pot with water and boil until tender.
Mash the potatoes
Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Season the potato mash
Add lemon juice, chilli powder and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Stir fry vegetables
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry capsicum, onion and garlic until fragrant.
Form potato balls
Mix the stir-fried vegetables into the seasoned potato mash and form into balls.
Fry the potato balls
Fry or stir fry the potato balls until golden and crispy.
Add sauces and cheese
Top the fried potato balls with chilli sauce, mayo, cheese, garlic and green chilli sauce.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Reheat to restore crispiness.
