Double Oreo Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
chocolate protein shake (liquid)
375 ml
monk fruit sweetener (powder)
22.5 g
black cocoa powder (powder)
20 g
salt
0.5 g
xanthan gum (powder)
1 g
Mix-ins
Oreo Thins cookies (crumbled)

Instructions
Prepare the ice cream base
Combine all base ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Freeze the base
Pour the blended mixture into the Creami pint and freeze for at least 16 hours until completely solid.
Warm the pint
Run the frozen pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to slightly soften the outer layer.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream
Place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the Lite Ice Cream setting. Spin once.
Check and respin if needed
If the ice cream appears powdery or crumbly, select the Respin setting and spin again.
Add Oreo mix-ins
Use a butter knife to create a hole reaching the bottom of the pint and fill it with the crushed Oreo Thins.
Mix-in cycle
Run the Mix-in cycle to evenly distribute the Oreo pieces throughout the ice cream.
