Prepare the vegetables

Peel and grate the carrot, chop the green onion, and thinly slice the cabbages using a mandoline if available.

Season and rest the cabbage

Mix the vegetables with a pinch of salt and let stand for about 5 minutes.

Make the sauce

Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and ketchup to create the burger sauce.

Finish the salad

Squeeze the cabbage mixture by hand to release some liquid, making it moister. Add vinegar and mayonnaise.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the patties for about 10 minutes according to package instructions.
