Instructions
Prepare the vegetables
Peel and grate the carrot, chop the green onion, and thinly slice the cabbages using a mandoline if available.
Season and rest the cabbage
Mix the vegetables with a pinch of salt and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Make the sauce
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and ketchup to create the burger sauce.
Finish the salad
Squeeze the cabbage mixture by hand to release some liquid, making it moister. Add vinegar and mayonnaise.
Bake the patties
Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the patties for about 10 minutes according to package instructions.
Add cheese and warm buns
In the last 5 minutes, place cheese slices on three patties and warm the burger buns in the oven.
Assemble the burgers
Spread ketchup on the inner sides of the buns. Place three patties on each bottom bun, top with salad, add sauce, and cover with the top bun. Serve immediately.
