Prepare vegetables

Wash, peel and chop all vegetables into similar-sized chunks for even cooking.

Make sticky sauce

Combine honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Place sausages, potatoes, carrots, peppers and onions on a large baking tray. Pour over the sticky sauce and toss to coat everything evenly.
