Boil the pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.

Prepare garlic and chili oil

Thinly slice garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry garlic with chili flakes until fragrant and golden.

Combine pasta with chili oil

Drain the spaghetti and add it directly to the pan with garlic chili oil. Toss well to coat evenly. Season with salt and black pepper.
