Prepare the filling

Mix ground meat with aromatics and sauces until just combined.

Prepare a steamer with gently boiling water and ensure your baking dish fits inside with the lid closed.

Spread a thin layer of meat mixture over wrappers. Repeat layering wrappers and meat until all ingredients are used, finishing with wrappers on top.
