Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into tenders and marinate in buttermilk with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Prepare breading stations
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, one with panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Bread the chicken
Dipped marinated chicken tenders into flour, egg, and panko mixture for a double coat.
Fry the chicken tenders
Heat high heat oil in a pan or wok at 175°C and fry the tenders until golden brown and crispy, 4-5 minutes per side.
Make hot honey garlic sauce
Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and hot sauce, then add honey and stir until combined.
Coat tenders with sauce
Toss the fried chicken tenders in the hot honey garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
