Instructions
Prepare the salad base
Wash and chop romaine lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber and red onion thinly, and cut pickle slices into strips.
Cook the ground beef
Heat a pan over medium heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
Make Big Mac sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, onion powder, and vinegar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, layer chopped lettuce, cooked beef, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pickles, and cheese. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
