Instructions

Prepare the salad base

Wash and chop romaine lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber and red onion thinly, and cut pickle slices into strips.

Cook the ground beef

Heat a pan over medium heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, onion powder, and vinegar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
