Cheesy Chicken Tacos
Crispy tacos loaded with tender chicken coated in melted cheese, finished with a creamy tangy sauce.

chopped onion

Instructions
Prepare the sauce
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, cheese portions, harissa, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Cook the chicken filling
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until translucent, add chopped chicken and cook until golden and fully done.
Melt cheese into the chicken
Add cheese portions and cream to the cooked chicken, season with salt and pepper, stir until cheese melts and coats the chicken.
Warm the tortillas and assemble
Warm taco breads on a dry pan for 30 seconds each side, fill with cheesy chicken mixture and drizzle generously with prepared sauce.

Assemble tacos just before serving to keep tortillas crisp. Sauce can be stored separately up to 3 days.
