One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta

dry rigatoni

heavy cream
710 ml
chicken broth
710 ml

mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions
Season the chicken
Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and all seasonings. Marinate in refrigerator for best flavor.
Cook the chicken
Cook chicken in large pot over medium-high heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and rest.
Cook the pasta
In the same pot, add rigatoni, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter and seasonings. Simmer until al dente.
Add the cheese
Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted and creamy.
Finish and serve
Slice rested chicken and place on top of creamy pasta. Garnish as desired.
