Instructions
Cream the butter and sugars
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Add filling ingredients
Fold in the marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and crushed graham crackers.
Shape and bake
Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
