In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter and vanilla extract. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.

Gradually whisk in the powdered sugar until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Add a splash of milk only if the texture is too stiff.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the fudge mixture into the dish and press it evenly with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate until firm.
