Sweet and Sour Sauce

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt.
Coat the Chicken
Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with cornstarch.
Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan and fry coated chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
Make the Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until well combined.
Cook Vegetables
In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers and pineapple chunks for 2 minutes.
Combine Sauce with Chicken
Add the prepared sauce to the pan with chicken and vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
