milk (warm)
240 ml
tomato juice
240 ml
tomato sauce

Pesto Pasta
pasta (dry)
200 g
milk (warm)
240 ml
cream cheese
30 g
mozzarella
30 g
pesto
5 tbsp
parmesan
20 g
Instructions
Boil water for pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
Cook pasta
Add 200g pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain pasta
Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and set aside.
Prepare white sauce
In a pan, heat warm milk and add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until combined.
Combine pasta with white sauce
Add drained pasta to the white sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Prepare pink sauce
In a pan, combine warm milk, tomato juice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and paprika. Stir until heated through.
Combine pasta with pink sauce
Add drained pasta to the pink sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Prepare pesto sauce
In a pan, gently heat warm milk with cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
Combine pasta with pesto sauce
Add drained pasta to the cheese sauce, then stir in pesto sauce. Top with parmesan if desired.
