Nutella Stuffed Cookies

Instructions
Cream butter and sugars
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet and dry
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Chill the dough
Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form and stuff the cookies
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, add 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and enclose with another piece of dough. Roll into a ball.
Bake the cookies
Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool and serve
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
