Prepare the patties

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Cook the patties

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Assemble the burgers
