biscuit dough (flaky layers)

parmesan cheese (grated)

salted butter (melted)

garlic (finely minced)

parsley (dried)

Instructions
Cook the ground beef
Brown the ground beef and season it with garlic and spices
Preheat the oven
Set oven temperature to 190°C
Prepare the dough circles
Stretch each biscuit into a 13cm circle
Assemble the bombs
Fill each dough circle with beef, mozzarella, and cheddar cube, then seal tightly
Rest the assembled bombs
Allow the filled dough to rest for 5 minutes
Prepare for baking
Place seam-side down on parchment-lined sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle parmesan
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake until deeply golden brown
Finish with garlic butter
Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle more parmesan

Reheat from frozen at 160°C for 12-15 minutes. Best served immediately after baking.
