Instructions

Caramelize the onions

Cook onions slowly until deeply golden and jammy.

Make the burger sauce

Combine all sauce ingredients until smooth.

Prepare beef and tortillas

Roll beef into balls and press onto tortillas.

Cook the tacos

Sear beef side down until crispy and browned.
