Instructions
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook diced chicken until golden and cooked through.
Make the cheese sauce
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic and flour, then gradually whisk in milk to create a smooth sauce.
Add cheese and season
Stir in grated cheddar and parmesan until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
