Ingredients

Main

minced chicken breast (minced)

450 g

rice paper sheets

6 pcs

salt

1 tsp

black pepper

1 tsp

curry powder

1 tsp

onion powder

1 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

smoked paprika

1 tsp

cayenne pepper

0.5 tsp

cooking oil spray

5 g

Instructions

1

Prepare the filling

Combine the minced chicken breast with all the seasonings in a large bowl.

5 min
Use a spatula instead of your hands to keep the mixture sanitary and evenly seasoned.
2

Soften the rice paper

Fill a shallow plate with water and briefly dip each rice paper sheet just until flexible.

2 min
Do not soak too long or the rice paper will tear easily.
3

Fill and roll

Place about 2 scoops of the chicken mixture onto each softened rice paper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a long noodle-like shape.

8 min
Work quickly while the rice paper is still pliable.
4

Cut into poppers

Using scissors, cut each rolled log into roughly 2.5 cm pieces.

5 min
A clean cut with sharp scissors gives neat, uniform poppers.
5

Air fry the poppers

Lightly spray the poppers with oil, arrange in a single layer, and cook until golden and crispy.
