Mix dry ingredients

In a small bowl combine vital wheat gluten, bread flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add wet ingredients and form dough

Pour in the apple cider vinegar and 60ml water. Mix until it forms a dough ball that holds its shape.

Shape the bagel

Form the dough into a bagel shape with a hole in the center. Top with everything bagel seasoning if desired.

Bake the bagel

Bake in air fryer at 200°C for 13 minutes or in oven at 175°C for 17-20 minutes.

Cool and serve

Let cool for a few minutes then slice open.
