Soft, rich, chocolatey cookies naturally sweetened with banana and made with simple ingredients - basically a healthier vegan twist on the classic brownie-cookie hybrid.

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Mash the banana until smooth and measure all other ingredients.
Mix the dough
Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined into a thick, fudgy dough.
Form the cookies
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape into cookie rounds. Press chocolate chips on top if using.
Bake the cookies
Place in preheated oven at 180°C for 11-15 minutes until the edges are set but centers remain soft and fudgy.

Store in airtight container. Cookies can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
