Creamy Cheesy Buldak Ramen

cooked ramen noodles

Instructions
Cook ramen noodles
Cook the Buldak noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make cheese sauce
In a pan over low heat, add the baby Swiss, American, and Monterey Jack cheese slices. Add the mayo, Buldak sauce, Buldak powder, chili oil, minced garlic, and green onions on top of the cheese. Mix everything together until the cheese melts into a thick spicy paste.
Creamy sauce
Pour in the heavy cream or milk and stir until smooth and creamy.
Combine noodles
Add the cooked noodles and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Add toppings
Top with fried egg, dumplings, mini sausages, extra green onions, and more chili oil if desired.
