Cook ramen noodles

Cook the Buldak noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make cheese sauce

In a pan over low heat, add the baby Swiss, American, and Monterey Jack cheese slices. Add the mayo, Buldak sauce, Buldak powder, chili oil, minced garlic, and green onions on top of the cheese. Mix everything together until the cheese melts into a thick spicy paste.
