Instructions
Prepare the filling
Mix the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter and flavorings
Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Finish the filling
Mix in the milk powder and combine everything thoroughly.
Layer the filling
Spread the prepared filling evenly onto the wafer sheets and let it set.
Cut the wafers
Once the filling has set, cut the wafers into individual pieces.
Coat with chocolate
Melt the chocolate and coat each piece on all sides, just like a classic Horalka.
