A festive no-bake treat made with crunchy cereal coated in rich chocolate-peanut butter and dusted with powdered sugar.

Instructions
Melt the chocolate mixture
Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave and stir
Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Add vanilla
Stir vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture.
Coat the cereal
Pour the melted mixture over the rice chex cereal and gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
Add powdered sugar
Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until evenly coated.
Cool and serve
Spread the mixture on parchment paper to cool slightly, then serve in a festive bowl.
