Instructions
Prepare the batter
Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
Fill the molds
Pour half the batter into greased ramekins, add chocolate in the center, then cover with remaining batter.
Steam cook the cakes
Place ramekins in a preheated pan with water, cover and steam for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
Serve immediately
Run a knife around the edge and invert onto a plate. Serve hot so the molten center flows out.
