Cook the pasta
Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Prepare the ingredients
Halve cherry tomatoes, chop basil, slice salami and set all ingredients aside.

Make the pesto dressing
Blend pesto and cottage cheese in a blender, adding water gradually until thick but pourable consistency.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and salami. Pour dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
