Cut the day-old bread into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.

Slice the peaches into wedges and add them to the bread cubes along with the sliced almonds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Combine and soak

Pour the custard mixture over the bread, peaches, and almonds. Gently stir to ensure all bread pieces are soaked. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to absorb.
