Separate egg yolks from whites into separate bowls.

Melt the white chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place in the fridge.

Beat egg yolks with chocolate

Beat egg yolks with melted white chocolate until smooth.

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Combine the cream mixture

Gently fold the yolk-chocolate mixture into the whipped cream. Then fold in the whipped egg whites.

Assemble the first layer

Dip ladyfingers in milk and arrange in the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over them and add some forest berries.
