White Chocolate Tiramisu with Forest Berries

Instructions
Separate eggs
Separate egg yolks from whites into separate bowls.
Melt white chocolate
Melt the white chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
Whip cream
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Place in the fridge.
Beat egg yolks with chocolate
Beat egg yolks with melted white chocolate until smooth.
Whip egg whites
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Combine the cream mixture
Gently fold the yolk-chocolate mixture into the whipped cream. Then fold in the whipped egg whites.
Assemble the first layer
Dip ladyfingers in milk and arrange in the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over them and add some forest berries.
Assemble the second layer
Add a second layer of milk-dipped ladyfingers, the remaining cream, and top with more berries. Garnish with mint leaves.
Chill the tiramisu
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
