Add oats to blender and pulse until flour-like consistency

Prepare batter

Add banana, soy milk, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup to blender with oat flour and blend until smooth

Batter should be thick but pourable - add more milk if too thick

Heat pan

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface

Pour batter into pan to form 3-4 inch pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges look set, then flip and cook other side
