Burger-Stuffed Buns
Soft, golden buns stuffed with juicy raw burger patties, caramelized onions, pickles, jalapeño jam, special sauce, and vegan cheese—baked until perfectly crisp outside and melty inside.

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Combine flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients and knead
Add egg, warm water, and honey. Knead for 3–4 minutes.
Add salt and oil, continue kneading
Add salt and oil. Knead another 7–8 minutes until soft and smooth.
First rise
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
Divide and shape dough
Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each out into a flat circle.
Add filling
Place a raw burger patty with onions, pickles, sauce, jalapeño jam, and cheese in the center of each dough circle. Wrap and seal tightly.
Second rise
Place stuffed buns on a baking sheet. Let rise for 15–20 minutes.
Prepare for baking
Brush buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake
Bake at 190°C for 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
