Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin pieces.
Boil potatoes
Place sliced potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes, until a fork can easily pierce the surface.
Mash potatoes with butter
Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter until smooth.
Mix in seasonings and egg
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, parsley, cornstarch, and egg to the mashed potatoes. Mix until well combined.
Form potato balls with cheese
Take a small portion of potato mixture, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Deep fry until golden
Heat oil to 175°C and deep fry the potato balls until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
Drain and serve
Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
