Prepare vegetables and herbs

Chop onion, coriander leaves, and green chili finely.

Mix potato mixture

In a bowl, combine grated boiled potato, corn flour, all spices, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, and salt. Mix well.

Shape into lollipops

Take small portions of the mixture, shape into small round balls, insert a stick if desired, and coat with maida slurry followed by bread crumbs.

Deep fry the lollipops

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato lollipops until golden brown and crisp.
