Carne Asada Tacos

Instructions
Prepare marinade
Mix lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped chili pepper, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the meat
Place the skirt steak in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the steak
Heat a grill or pan over high heat. Grill the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes per side until charred and cooked to desired doneness.
Rest and slice the meat
Remove steak from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
Prepare toppings
Dice the onion and chop the cilantro.
Warm the tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
Assemble the tacos
Fill each tortilla with sliced carne asada, diced onion, and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
