Instructions
Prepare Nutella filling
Scoop Nutella into small balls and freeze for easy stuffing.
Cream butter and sugars
Beat softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add wet ingredients
Mix in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
Combine dry ingredients
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to wet mixture.
Add chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips to distribute evenly throughout the dough.
Stuff and shape cookies
Take a portion of dough, place frozen Nutella ball in center, and seal completely.
Chill cookie dough
Refrigerate shaped cookies for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
Bake cookies
Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
Cool and serve
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
