Instructions
Prepare focaccia dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead and first rise
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape and dimple
Transfer dough to an oiled baking sheet. Press dimples all over the surface with fingertips.
Second rise and bake
Drizzle remaining olive oil over dough. Let rise 20 minutes, then bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool and decorate
Cool focaccia for 10 minutes. Spread cream cheese over surface and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.

Store cream cheese topped focaccia in fridge. Freeze plain focaccia and add toppings after reheating.
