Korean Gochujang Sauce

gochujang
1.5 tbsp
light soy sauce
1 tbsp

Instructions
Marinate the paneer
Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and marinate with oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, light soy sauce, and vinegar.
Prepare crispy coating
Mix cornflour, rice flour, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Coat the paneer
Toss the marinated paneer cubes in the crispy coating mixture until evenly coated.
Air fry the paneer
Place coated paneer in air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook at 200°C for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Prepare Korean gochujang sauce
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and ginger, then stir in gochujang, light soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Simmer until thickened.
Toss and serve
Toss the crispy paneer in the warm Korean sauce. Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve with cucumber slices and rice.
