Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Instructions
Prepare potatoes
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into even strips about 1 cm thick.
Soak potatoes
Place cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch for crispier fries.
Dry potatoes
Drain and thoroughly pat dry the potatoes with paper towels.
Season and toss
Toss potatoes with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake fries
Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve
Remove from oven and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
