Instructions
Preheating
Preheat oven to 190°C and line or grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Make dough
Stir milk with vanilla, then add to dry mixture and form smooth dough.
Shape bites
Roll dough into a 10-inch log, flatten to 2 inches wide, cut into 20 bite-sized pieces.
Butter dip
Toss pieces in melted butter.
Sugar coating
Coat with cinnamon-sugar mix.
Bake
Bake 9–10 minutes. Don't overbake.
Make glaze
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, adjust consistency.
Serve
Drizzle glaze over warm bites and enjoy.
