Instructions
Prepare the pan
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mix all ingredients
In a large bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt until a thick, uniform batter forms.
Press batter into pan
Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and press it down firmly and evenly with a spatula or your hands.
Chill the bars
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to firm up.
Slice and serve
Once firm, cut into 8 bars and enjoy immediately or store for later.
