Instructions

Prepare Hasselback Potatoes

Wash and dry the potatoes. Place each potato between two chopsticks and slice thinly across, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Place potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle generously with olive oil, season with salt, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
