Instructions
Prepare the dough
Combine flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and water to form a smooth dough.
Knead and rest the dough
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then let it rest and rise.
Prepare garlic oil
Mince garlic and mix with olive oil.
Shape the pizza base
Roll out the dough into a 30 cm circle on a baking sheet.
Assemble the pizza
Brush the dough with garlic oil, spread tomato sauce, add mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni into rosettes.
Bake the pizza
Bake until the crust is golden and the pepperoni edges are crisp.
