Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Combine sliced chicken with spices, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, yogurt and lemon juice.
Cook the chicken
Sear the marinated chicken in a hot pan until golden and cooked through.
Prepare the onions
Toss sliced red onion with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and sumac.
Make the garlic sauce
Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic and lemon juice. Refrigerate until needed.
Make the red sauce glaze
Whisk olive oil, tomato paste, pomegranate molasses and paprika together.
Prepare the fries
Cook frozen french fries according to package instructions or preferred method.
Assemble the wraps
Spread garlic sauce on each pita, add chicken, fries, tomatoes and onions, then wrap tightly.
Crisp the wraps
Brush wraps with red sauce and cook seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides.
