Cook vegetables and meat

Add all vegetables and ground meat to a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the skin from the vegetables and mix everything well.

Add tomato sauce, cream, cheese, and spices. Stir to combine.
